【SERCHING FOR EYEWITNESS !】

Mr. Valentine, a Nigerian national, is defending himself against the Tokyo Metropolitan Government after a plain-clothe police officers beating incident which took place in Kabukicho Shinjuku at about 7:45 p.m. on December 9th in 2003. He was brutally beaten by them and it costs him a broken knee head bone. And he became a certified disabled person. And now the date for the 3rd trial has been set. (the next time trial, November 20 / Tokyo High Court).

【From progress of the violence to trial progress】Mr. Valentine at the time of the case worked as a part timer flyer in Kabukicho. He was arrested by Fueiho violation (but, not prosecutable). However, the police officers excessively became violent and punched and kicked a nonresistant Mr. Valentine. They resolved to telling lies in an attempt to cover-up their miss deeds by saying that he himself crashes into a shop sign post resulting in Mr.Valentine’s injuring foot. This false statement by the police was admitted in Japanese law court.

【To the person who witnessed the spot】There were more than ten foreigners at where this incident took place. Also many Japanese office workers must have been there at that time. When new eyewitness information is provided, the situation of the trial improves for the better.

【The violence spot】
The case took place on the street of the neighborhood around Ranzan. 1-4-8, Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. There are 『East Plaza』,『Mari flower shop』 and 『The second Kabukicho parking lot』near the spot, and there are stores such as 『BAR Ran』『Ogin』『Miyakonjo 2』in Kabukicho Ranzan Bldg.

【Clothes of Mr. Valentine of the case day】
He is slim young man at 176cm tall. He was wearing a down jacket, pants (in both beige), brown casual shoes and a black knit hat. ??
【Police officer】（According to Mr. Valentine）
His features are sharp at around 170cm tall.? He was also wearing a beige down vest and a fleece jacket with a zipper inside.? His shoes were also beige made by suede cloth, the same as the shoes Mr. Valentine saw in the police Hospital on the case day.（It is very likely that he changed after the investigation）And he is bald.
